Exercise Schedule!

As school is starting next week (yee haw!) the activity details at the Laveen building will be changing to the following:

Monday, 9am: Volleyball
Tuesday, 9am: Strength Training Class (Bring a mat and weights if you have them)
Wednesday, 9am: Basketball
Thursday, 9am: Volleyball
Friday, 9am: Kickboxing (Bring a mat and weights if you have them)

I believe, also, that there is some sort of Pilates class taught on Thursday nights. I will verify the time (I think 8pm?)
